Payments: A 10% deposit for the work is required after the estimate has been agreed, for small jobs (less than £700) the remaining balance is due on completions. For larger jobs, (over £700) 50% of the outstanding balance will be payable half way through the job and the remaining balance due on completion. No VAT will be charged.

Materials: These are sourced by myself mainly from Dulux Trade Centre. Materials will need to be paid a week before the work starts. However if you wish to source materials yourself please ensure you buy quality products, if not the may affect the finish of the work, which I cannot be held responsible for.

Choosing Colour: Colour testing is recommended soon after the estimate being accepted, this gives you time to decide and to see the colour in different lights. Ask me for a colour chart if you need one.

Covering Furniture and Floors: Covering furniture and floors is essential, standard dust sheets are provided. However costs with new flooring, carpet or wooden floors will reflect in the quote.

Moving Furniture: Furniture can be moved by myself, however this will cost £30 per room.

Snagging: When the work is finished, I would ask you to walk around your newly decorated premises, if you can with me, if there are any areas that need attention, which is perfectly natural, then please do not hesitate to contact me and I will pop back and put the work right at the next available slot, ususally withing the next few days.

Cancellations: Once the quote is accepted, if for any reason you need to cancel the work I would appreciate contacting me via text 07769663370 or email annelizabethpainter@gmail.com as soon as possible to either re-schedule or if canceling completely your deposit will be non refundable.

Variations: Extra costs will be charged depending on the size of the work required.

Tools: These are provided for by Ann Elizabeth. The Mirka Sander extractor I use is 99% dust free.

Work Ethics: Your property will be left clean. However when using oil based paints it is better to clean up after its all dried. Any empty paint tins will need to be put out with your waste as I'm not allowed to take them to the recycling centre. Thank you.
